Thursday, March 12th
Tim had another CT Scan at 2:30am. The brain has swollen out of the opening in a very gradual manner, which is good. When looking at him, you can't tell that he is missing part of his skull. The brain has taken up all the space where the skull was before. His right eye is now swelling from the trauma of the surgery. His doctor ordered dry tea bags to be taped to his eyes. It certainly can't hurt. His brain pressure is now 23-27. We've decided to keep our visits very short to reduce the amount of stimuli in the room. By 11:00pm, Donna noticed Tim's left eye was not as swollen. His brain pressure by this time was 21.
