8:00pm - Donna said that today was a good day for Tim. He has been very aware and lucid. He was able to shave himself without help earlier today. I spoke to him on the phone. He is doing fine, but he is nervous about the surgery on Monday. I told him that it is only natural to be nervous, it is a surgery after all. But he did not need to worry. He has been through the hardest part already. I told him that I am very confident in the outcome. He is very worried about what he will be like after the surgery.
